Shed box?

How exactly does a shed box work?

Where would you put it in the tank?

Some people suggest moss or paper towels which is better?

I haven't put a hide box in my tank yet but I will tommorrow because my BCC borrows under the mulch so I think she needs some privacy.

If anyone has any pics this would be greatly appreciated, ideas are most welcome.

This should help a bit with humidity and from what I read the shed.
