I had a baby die mysteriously yesterday. It was fine on Friday and dead on Sunday. He was 9 weeks, housed with 6-6 week olds, on rubber type matting.
The vent had a small amount of blood, as well as the stomach was caved in a small bit. The eyes were sunk in, but I am sure that was due to dehydration (probably died at night saturday and found Sunday afternoon) This male always fed great and I was thinking possibly an impaction?
I would appreciate any info from breeders
