Can someone look into this? I need to do an update post, but I only have the ability to edit. I can't reply to my own posting.

I think they do that to keep people from bumping thier ads back to the top...

In a recent post, Linds said they re-enabled it for update posts, because people were doing too many update threads.

For a while the 'reply' feature had been disabled from posts, so the above rules had to be bent, and 'update' threads had to be made as a result. The 'reply' feature has been active again for quite some time now, so please no additional update threads. Reply to the original thread with changes that need to be made, such as the animal has been sold, or price changes. Thank you!

It's working for some and not the others.. We'll definatly have to look into this and get it fixed...

Jeff, have you contacted anyone about that and have they got back in contact with you??

There's only so much MOD's can do, but the least we CAN do is try and get answers for you..

I had my forum set up so that only I could reply to it. Then there was a guy who posted like 5 times asking for monitors in the Jeff Favelle forum and I reported it every time. Now, I can't even post in my own forum. I just discovered that today.

Edit: Woops, just realized there is no quick reply box! Duh. Also, I tried the reply to post button but that didnt work. Im sure its just cause im a regular member.

That shouldn't make a difference.. Jeff OWNS that forum.. He bought it, he controls it.. MOD's shouldn't be able to do anything in there no matter what..

Trevor, I've tried reporting stuff myself and they never arrived.. So, I have no idea..

Don't sweat it, as I haven't put up an ad in it all year. But I'm sure someday I will. No rush, but I DO appreciate you looking into it. Software headaches. Nothing new. ;)
