Hi The setup looks good, except for one thing, it’s a big one though, those lights inside the cage are an accident waiting to happen. Your snake will eventually burn itself ,if your using lights for heat they should be outside the cage or separated by a cage or boundary of some sort, or your going to end up with a burnt snake. Other then that it looks good.
a few questions though, why are the feeding pick in an aquarium ?? what’s your substrate and what kind of plants are you growing in there ??

that aquarium is a just a 5 gallon that i use for miscellanous. The substrate is coconut mulch. It's that stuff that u add water and it gets 8 times it's size. Got it at PC Pets. The plants name is Vinca, got them at walmart. I just put them to help with airflow.

Pics dont work for me?
I hope he didn't eat too fast or that "frozen rat" is going to give him brain freeze :P
Sweet pics, but I agree with Devon about the lights, you definitely need to figure out a way to cover them.

Well everything sounds good you just have to do something about those lights, snakes will burn themselves BADLY, on them , they don’t respond the way people do if you sat on that light you would move and quick, if your snake climbs onto it will sit there and burn.
Good luck with the new boa. Did you end up treating him for mites? I mentioned it in your other post but you didn’t say anything about it.
