looks great ray....
however, might I add, that people have their own contacts for AV and treatment, I dont think Rays contacts would appreciate a call from someone they dont know at midnight about asnakebite

...everyone responsible keeper should have their own emergency contacts anyways!

I don't know if someone specifically asked you to post that information, or not, Ray, but it was a really neat idea. I love seeing some of the more seasoned hotkeepers taking the initiative to help newcomers (and the lazy veterans that haven't found the energy to create protocol notebooks already...shame on you guys :-) ), instead of just waiting for the information to be requested.
