Would i have a problem if i use plastic hide for my snake????
Nope. I just use tupperware with holes cut in them for entrances.

I use both plastic and wood hides for a "few" dozen Ball Pythons. Seems to work ok.

just watch out for sharp edges, make sure ther is no way she could cut herself

The only reason why i personally dont use plastic (apart from not having dozens of snakes) is that the snake usually moves that all over the enclosure away from the heat source..
well thats my 2 cents :)

If possible, the snake would probably be appreciate if it wasnt a see-through hide, too :)

I use blue rubbermaid type things, that I cut a chunk out for the entrance. They like those and spend a lot of time in them :p
Even the boa uses that...she just fits, so I will be cutting an older cat pan soon for her.
