She's great... I take her out of her cage almost every day so she's always used to being handled. She almost waits for me to take her out in the evening. I take her with me to meet with the car club and to car shows once in a while.
Here's a better picture of her close up:

Awesome!
But you'd do better (the snake would do better) with more floorspace than height. Lots of unusable space by looking at those pieces of wood.

I got her from a military family here last year because they had orders to England and they couldn't take her with them. I have no idea who produced her but hopefully after I get this cage done I will find a male so I can start breeding her.
My Boa is a climber so I want lots of climbing space rather than just a huge floor and no climbing room.
I'll post more as I get more done this weekend!!!

The glass aquarium is 36" x 18" x 18". I think it's a 55 gallon. I don't remember what it is... I bought it last year when I got her.
It's way too small for her...
The new enclosure is 6' wide x 2' deep x 4' tall... that should be plenty of room for her. The floor is going to be tile with underfloor heat pads and 2 ceramic heat lampsfrom above should be ebough to keep her warm. My apartment stays at 80F all the time so I just need to warm it up a little bit durring the day.

I roll in a 95 Fazda Probe... well it's supposed to be a Ford but with the Japanese Mazda engine and tranny with an LSD it's not just a Ford Probe anymore... I took her with me to Dallas last night to meet up with the car club there and she was great... everybody thought it was awesome to get a chance to hold her.
Oh... I sealed the wood with an oil based Polyurethane!!! So far it's turning out great!!!
the reason why it's taking me so long is because I had to work 12 hour shifts 5 days last week and then 12 hours again this week... hopefully we'll be don't with them so I can finish this cage.

I'm building the cave and waterfall/pond and I've run out of Quickcrete Water Stop Cement so I need to run to the store here in a few.
Here's the beginning...

Nice set up, I personally would not go as high up as 4ft. It seems like a lot of wasted space. She'll get more use of floorspace than hight in a year or two when she gets heavier. I would rather go 4X2X18 for starters and when the time comes, move her into a 6X2X18" or 24". I would also keep it simple with the decorations and water features.
Keep it simple and easy to maintain and monitor a clean enclosure. I would just provide a hid box, water bowl, hotspot and floorspace.
PS
Nice snake!

Well the Waterfal and cave are both removable really easily so it's not hard to clean. I know everybody says they are better with more floorspace but mine never stays on the floor. She's always coiled up on the branch and when I have her out she always goes for the highest point possible.
Thanks for the input!!!
