Don't know why these guys aren't as popular as other rhacs. Love their colour and pattern variences.
This is one of my striped females.

very nice striper. I am a big fan of the gargoyles. I am curently searching for a mate for my male.
Ive heard it can be difficult to introduce gargoyle pairs to one another.. is this true?

I think the reason that Adam was inquiring about may be a contributing factor to the lack of popularity with these guys. There can be a ton of aggresion during mating, and the hatchlings can be canabalistic. My girlfriend was cleaning the cages one day and didn't think there would be any harm in putting 2 of our younger gargoyles in the same holding cage while she cleaned their cages. The second one hit the bottom of the holding cage running and a huge brawl followed shortly after!
Gonna be interesting next spring when we start pairing them up!
