Is it just me or does it seem like they are 50% skin?! LOL
You gotta love how they run really fast, then suddenly stop and rely on their dermal folds to camouflage them. Looks hilarious if they are on your arm or some other uncamouflaged surface!
Just out of curiosity, where did you get yours from?

when you ask about price which species are you refering to? Prices vary quite a bit between both species. Chahoua are roughly $250-350 american for babies wit nice pairs being upwards of $1000-1500. Sarasinorum are approx $200-300 for juvies with pairs going up to $1000. White spotted saras would be quite a lot more with babies if you could find them being 500 or more.

Beth- We purchased ours from Neil Meister.
Saras are next for us in our ever expanding Rhac collection!

I really enjoy working with saras and they are prob my favorite Rhac to work with. They are the most active and interesting imo and the most underrated of the Rhacs. The only downfalls are they can be a little too active to handle easily, but with some work can become easily handleable. They can be spradoc breeders as well but are a very rewarding species to work with. I produced my first hatchlings this year.
