Hi all. Last night my 2 year old cornsnake shed, and she retained some skin on the tip of her tail. What is the best way to remove this? I have removed skin from leo's toes before, but it's a little more difficult to do the tail of my corn. Any tricks out there that work well? Thanks.

Take a warm damp facecloth in your hand, wrap it around your snake right before where the retained skin starts, and make your snake crawl through it a few times while you keep it snug around the snake's body...but not so tight to hurt the snake of course :). It may take a few crawls thru but that's the best way to do it that I have come across.

lol, yeah I had the same problem just today and I just had to put it in a humid chamber and it fell off during the day.
