I would preffer not to ship them up from the states!

There aren't any suppliers in Canada that I am aware of, but stackable plastic cages are available from both reptic plastics, pcpc and matt kameka. www.mattkameka.com , www.portcreditpets.com

Thanks Linds I'll check them out, but I need large cages for burms and afrocks so at least 72 inches long :)

Yeah Grant isnt offering those sized cages in the vision style. I have a 36 inch by 18 one for my BRB and its amazing. But Im guessing the biggest size you will see will be 48 long model.

I have one of the smaller ones I got from Grant. It's nice but I wish I have waited for the new style. The only thing I don't like about them is that they are dry.
Cheers,

What do you mean excaly by .. they are dry Trevor?

I was interested in those cages as well but I had a couple of concerns..

Compared to the vision cages.. the vent is made of those aquarium top messhing when visions are a harware metal wich will last for ever. As well, the tracks are made of matel on the visions and not plastic.. (although this is from teh cages my friend bought from hij .. I don't see the screening on those cages.. he might of changed it)

ALTHOUGH .. the big advantage I see form the PCPC cages is there is no 1 inch lip right under the doors tracks .. which there is on the visions and I find it to be hard to clean in there..

As for price.. seems reasonable althgouh used visions are not that expensive..

Reptic plastics has larger cage sizes, but I don't know the URL. I got the opportunity to see them at the last show, and they were very impressive.

Yeah, I think he must've changed it, because all the ones I have seen have small holes dotting the back for ventilation, no actual vent. I also recall plastic tracks being the preferential material for sliding glass doors on cages??? I can't actually remember why, I build all my stuff with drop down doors.

Heres the Url for my website:

http://balls-o-philiak.tripod.com/repticplastics/

the 6' and 8' cages arent listed on my site yet, but i can produce them on order. i can make them either 12" or 18" high by 24" deep. They are made of 1/4 thick plastic so they will be able to sustain the weight of an adult burm or af rock without problem! well....all the advantages are listed on my site, so take a look and you can contact me by e-mail at: reptic-plastics@videotron.ca for more details and pricing!

thanks
