This is a new baby girl red-tail I just picked up.She is 50% het for anery and 50% het for albino. I was wondering what her locality is.The guy who sold it didnt know.Can anyone help me here.

It looks like a plain ole colombian boa to me Boa Constrictor Imperator
She is a good lookin little snake too. I hope she proves out for you in a few years.
I agree with hetforhuman, it looks like a columbian, but it is a great lookin snake good luck.

I'd be skeptical of a guy who tells you that it's het for certain traits, yet cannot tell you what type of locality it is. It does look great though! Hope that it proves out...

Hehehe agreed. Anyone attempting to produce snows would likely at least know they are Colombians. Colombians are the only locality that are being commonly worked with in both morphs. Nicarguans also come in albino and anery, but it is t+ albino, and none have been reproduced yet that I am aware of, anyways.

Thanks guys. Yeah I kind of ignored the claims of the hets as soon as he didnt know the locality. But I got her for $70, so I feel it was a good buy anyways.especially since my 4 foot red-tail was just stolen out of my living room. She does seem to be pretty light on her saddles so I think she will look great as she grows.
When I breed her in 4 years or so I will know if he was full of b.s. or not. Im not worried either way.
