You guys don't get to see the Red Axanthics very often, considering, only 4 of them are in existance. So, pics are going to have to do for now.

2002 Red Axanthic female with a 2004 Het Red Axanthic male.

The Red Axathic line is amazing. It's like getting two morphs in one, with the hets and Red Axanthics looking so different in colour and pattern. Not to mention there's no guessing around with possible hets :)

I can't wait to see some crosses with Pastels, Orange Ghost, SPOG ;)...............

Feel free to share more pictures anytime, Corey!

Cool. Throwing in the normal give a better idea of what they really look like.

Wow!! Fascinating Corey! I've been wanting to see pictures of adult red-axanthics now for a while... What suprised me is that it doesn't look like there's any black on that animal?? It looks almost ghost-ish?? I know as babies there was plenty of black, but as adults they appear to be a beautiful faded brown kinda-of-color... was the adult coloration a surprise to you? Looks like a lot of yellow came through as it matured also?? I thought there was supposed to be a bit of red to them or something (because of the name)??

One thing for sure though, I can't imagine what that thing would look like combined with Pastel, ghost or albino (i.e. red axanthic snow)!!

Keep us posted and don't be shy posting pictures.. post as many as you like, we love it ;-) Now if I could only double my salary somehow, I could get one.. hmmm.. how am I going to do that?

Later,
Bristen.
