is anyone else having trouble getting into the chat? yesterday i had to sign in as a guest and today it wont even connect........ are they redoing it or something.

To join the ssnakess chat download mIRC (if you dont already have it). Connect to irc.chat-solutions.org then join #ssnakess.

how do you download mIRC? I have been trying to for a while and just gave up so I go to the repti chat thing (not my fav).

once it's installed, type '/server irc.chat-solutions.org' in the box, and once connected, type '/j #ssnakess'

It says that after 30 days you have to register for mIRC, does that mean that you're gonna have to pay to use it?

Same here, I have been using mirc for many years, and it still works. I do not know what it unlocks if you buy it, but I have been to use everything on it at the moment...

nothing unlocks if you buy it. all that changes is that the little "pay for me" window thing stops showing up.

It's worth the money. Especially since Khaled often donates the proceeds to charities.

I donated/registered a few years ago, and never regretted it.

It's not that much as far as software goes, and the license doesn't expire in a year like some software.

Or better yet, there are several IRC clients out there that are FREE!!! Okay, if you're not a computer ubergeek there's pretty much just XChat, but it works quite well and won't give you any annoying popups.

Also, there are many ways to get around the mIRC popup. In my opinion though, if you can't figure out how to do it on your own now that you know it's possible you deserve to be pestered by it (just in case anyone had any thoughts about asking me how).
