Patience. I waited till he was ready to eat again. Last night he was ready. I placed him over night inside a small dark plastic dish with a F/T fuzzy rat and this morning it was gone. I've used this trick a few times when a ball refuses food.

Im starting to feel like my guys going to go on a fast. Hes skipped his last two meals.
How do you know how long to wait until you try it again. I was going to wait 2 weeks so hes hungry and try again.

If mine skip three meals in a row, when I offer once a week then I only offer once a month.

Just don't thaw anything for that snake and offer them first. Then if they don't eat, it's not a big deal. Someone else will eat it.
**You need to have at least two snakes feeding on that size and type of food item though.

That's exactly what I do. I got rid of all but one of my balls, who I decided to keep as a pet. He is the master of fasts however... he fed like mad when he was a baby, but once he matured he would fast most of the time. His longest fast was 1 year and 6 days, he ate for 2 weeks when he came out before going another 6+ months, and so it goes. Soon as he refuses a meal, he automatically goes on to the monthly offerings. I kinda like it... talk about ultra-low maintenance! :D
