Hey everyone, Well my addiction has struck again, I just purchased another burm, I just have no control any more, It's a female 100 het albino, I just love the look of burms, I picked up a male albino last year, and decided I needed a normal looking one because they are such stunning animals, Now I just need too save up for a Patternless and a granite and I’ll be happy, I'll post a few pic's Saturday when she arrives.

Congrats Devon...........I'm tempted to enter the burm world but not until i get into the rat breeding world. You gonna breed your own feeders?? :)

Burms don't stay on rats long enough to bother breeding rats if they are kept at the ideal temps and feed properly they will be off rats in no time. If I were you guys I would look into rabbits, not rats. Either can be had from Rodent Pro now. I've been in on 3 different orders now that have come to NB and I've been happy with everyone of them.
Food for thought,
Trevor

Trev, thats right....i will need rats soon for my other snakes... so i'm debating on raising them next spring (this summer i raised mice feeders). If i was to get a burm i would be fine with rats for atleast the 1st year. If i find the price not too bad i may just find a reliable rodent breeder?? Much more thought before i do get a burm as the rabbit feeders are a different story, etc.
I kept a burm years ago for 6 yrs, loved it...... but i don't miss when it would unleash that rabbit out its pooper. Man that was rank........:) I may have to hold off for a dwarf retic someday and just visit Devon and his burms....:)

Hey Jim, visitors are always welcome, Shouldn’t take long for them to grow to fairly impressive animals. I was actually thinking about contacting you too see if you were interested in a burm since it would have cost me very little extra too pick up 2 rather then 1. I'm now going to save up for a granite burm. Probably wont happen until the summer though.
Should have a few Pics up tomorrow night.
