Took a bunch of shots of this evil little ***** tonight. I cut a rat open to scent a rabbit for a Retic I'm trying to switch, and didn't want to waste it so I gave to the garbage disposal. Sorry about the bad quality of some of the images, I had to enlarge a few of them to bring out the gore abit.

He's only about 4ft. thankfully. He's quite aggressive. I'm guessing he hasen't been handled much, or fed correctly considering he's 2yrs. old or so. Oh well, he'll have no shortage of food and interaction now.

Thanks for the kind words. I too think he is a gorgeous snake. He's my first Afrock so I'm having lots of fun with this guy. His attitude is great fun to work with and always keeps me on my toes. The thought has crossed my mind to attempt to cross him with one of my Retics. What a monster that would create.:eek:

Ya, that's what I've been doing. I don't mind aggressive snakes at all. They're lots of fun, and he's a ton of fun. I love the challenge of 'taming' snakes. I can't wait to pic up more of these guys and maybe some of the patternless ones too. I think Afrocks have a very bright future. It would be really nice to see Canada move away from all the Corn Snakes, Ball Pythons and Boas.

Beauty .. I have a hard time beleiving that he is 4 ft and 2 years old .. he must of almost never been fed.. porr guy ..

Ohh and please .. Breed it to an other rock - we have enough mutts out there! .. (just my oppinion of course)
