Just 2 questions...
I actually would rather feed more insects then baby food or cdg so is it ok to feed them only insects, or do they actually need to eat fruits and the such.
Could I just mash up a peach or some other type of fruit and give it to them?
Thanks!
BTW, for anyone who was following, I put the baby cresty in a taller rubbermaid and the bigger guy in a 10 gallon tank so now they have much more room to be arboreal! :)
Thanks everyone

I would use the CGD instead of babyfood because of the nutritional value. Or you could mix CGD with babyfood, thats what I do.

up to 75% of their diet can be fruit in the wild. I would say they need fruit or CGD to be a good portion of their diet. I only feed insects once a week to adults and 2x for babies.
just my 2 cents

In the wild, crestie diets consist of about 90% fruit and 10% insects...you should probably feed a little fruit just to mimic their diet in the wild. CDG is fine too.
Glad to hear you finally put them in more suitable enclosures :)

Looks good, some more foilage should would make it look better. My buddy uses a ten gallon but flips it on its side so their is tons of height. Ill tell him to take a pic of it so I can post it.

i was thinking of that but all the ecoearth would fall out so if i find some plexiglass ill cut a piece and glue it in with aquarium silicone and then flip it..when hes bigger i was thinking..or whenever i found plexi :)
