shedding

i am talking about a JCP and a Ball here....
some info i need to know....
how do i know when they are going into shed...like what are some signs
and is there anything i need to know about them shedding....are there things i should do...and are there things i shouldnt do when they are in shed
any info would be great

signs are is there eyes will go cloudy and some pythons refuse food i find misting my pythons cage when shedding helps. so raise humidity a bit. mist there cage 2 times a day.
