heard that king snakes are notorious feeders although mine isn't so keen. his tank/temp etc are fine and his attitude/behaviour is normal.
can some KS's be fussy eaters???

Some must be fussy.....and I'm just curious, but what are the temps of your cage?And what is the set-up like?
How old/big is the snake and what are you trying to feed it?

Depends on the type of Kings also. Mtn. Kings say compared to Cal-kings, very big difference in feeding response. One needs to know the species in question, age, size & all aspects of the husbandry & prey offered & how it was offered etc. to be able to formulate a response that can help. Mark

Like Mark and other said - lots of variation among species. We have even seen a lot of difference between individuals in the same species - some of our cal kings have eaten anything that moves, others were just not that keen on feeding. Our females have generally been stronger feeders than the males - but that is based on small numbers - just seems really consistent,
