Click on Profile.. Then go to Options.. Scroll down to the bottom.. There ya go ;)

How do you make a picture less than 50000 bytes?

are you trying to post it straight off of your computer, or do you have it alreay uploaded on the internet already?

If not, upload the avatar pic to your ssnakess gallery and it should work..

Get a program called Ulead Gif Animator 5, you can get it off KaZaA. It's great for making animated avatars, as well as changing their size, just changing the Bytes.
