Damn it, I woke up this morning and checked on Chip. He had a huge **** and discovered that the tank cover was not 100% secure last night. I have searched everywhere, under the counter, behind stove, fridge, in the couch, behind desks and stands, everywhere. Any suggestions?

I have placed a small container out with one of my daugther's baby mice in it. I hope he will come out to the sound of it playing in the container.

This really sucks because I am pretty sure he is a reduced. My daughters love the little guy.

Snakes can't hear.

I know that but they can feel the vibrations through the ground.

I lost my new little girl the other day, i searched for HOURS and then a few more hours when i got home that day...... I took a break and watched a movie, when it was over it was late at night and i figured she would be active.
She was sitting in the middle of the floor of my snake room, acting like she had been there all along!

I never really fret when my ball pythons escape, cuz I know i'll always end up finding them.

keep the lights off, and late at night (after midnight or so), flip the lights on and take a good look around. she'll turn up soon!

will do the big thing is I have to leave for the weekend to attend a paintball tournament. My wife will be home until Saturday afternoon then she is going to the tournament. I just hope we find him before we are all out of the house. It is not that big of a deal I guess we will wb back on Sunday.

Just don't want him to end up getting outside or eating my daughters pregnant mice. Can't feed him later if he eats tehm now.

I found him. It was very funny where he was. I have a video tape called "Snakes: Natures Armored Warriors". He was coiled up between it and another tape. I looked on the other side of the tapes but didn't look there.

My wife came home and followed the dust behind the large furniture. Thank god we can't get a vaccuum behind there. We followed his trail which lead to the tape stand. I started ripping out the tapes and he fell out onto my lap. Then wrapped around my wrist for heat. Now the little bugger is basking under a heat light and on a tank heater.

I secured his tank better. I will be building a large enclosure for my large ball and put the baby if his tank. Then once he gets a little bigger I will build him an enclosure as well.

Thanks to every one that offered assistance. We are all very happy here. Now I can go to my paintball tournament and bring home first place with nothing to worry about.
