It would be fun to lay waster to Azeroth with a few like minded individuals.

edit: If you have a Fileplanet subscription you can sign up at the site for the stress test of the WoW servers coming up soon. FP users are automatically accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

Name on there is "Boddinton", and I'm on the PVP server.

And yes, it's a typo of Boddington, the beer :) Stupid fast fingers.

Whats the PvP like? I've been searching for a new MMORPG since UO took a dive and haven't found anything close to comparable. IS the PvP more item based or skill based, are you restricted to zones to fight?

Dunno yet :) I'm only level 19 and haven't been into the high traffic PVP areas.

It's got a good quest system to build you up in levels. Seems like PVP starts around the early 20s as the quests send you out into dangerous areas.

Right now I'd get eaten by most critters in the PVP zones.

A character can enter a non-contested zone and explore it, but if he's in your zone, he can't attack you until you attack first. So it makes it very dangerous for explorers checking out enemy zones.

It's down for the next two days though, so I'll have to wait to get into the 20s to see the fighting firsthand.

BAH! Sounds way to restrictive too me. Also I hate having to monster bash to gain levels, just becomes so boring after the first, 5 minutes.
