Why are these so popular compared to other morphs/phases of hondos?

Tangerine hondurans have been considered more dramatic in color than the traditional tri-colored (back, white and red) but like all trends, that one seems to be switching around.
While tangerines are great (and mostly what we have), the tricolors seem to have richer red bands. Some of the most dramatic are those that are intermediate between tangerine and tricolor - the peach phase ones, with red, black and peachy orange are incredible when they are combined with the hypo gene!
Overall, nothing compares with hondos in my opinion - huge, dramatic, easy feeders, easy to handle and lots of great genetic combinations! They are terrific snakes.

Plus Tangerine Hondurans aren't really a morph. They are a naturally occuring race of the same species. So they aren't a morph in the sense of albino, anery, snow, etc etc. So that's kind of like asking why people like Green Tree Pythons that are more green. Not a morph, just a colour preference.
