When an egg is collapsed. It is totally sunken in, or just dented a little?? Ive never had eggs before...I have 2 and they are being incubated. 1 has dented in a little. They both are still firm feeling.

Collapsed usually means flat as a pancake, or as flat as it can get considering there's yolk inside. A small dent can mean it's drying out, humidity is too low or substrate too dry. If you think it needs a bit of water, add a few drops at a time to the substrate near the egg, not directly on the egg. Water can clog the microscopic pores in the shell whic could lead to little or no air exchange, suffocating the embryo.
