Thanks Tim, thats what i thought just wanted to make sure. The other one was worse then that it was half digested and i was surprised that they were in her for at least three days.

Do you know why she regurged? Temps? Stress?

That's a regurge.

I would look at the temps first. I think it should have been alot more digested than that after 3 days in her.

I would also give her a break before feeding her again.

It was the first time i fed her with that wood shaveings and on her first one i fed it on a plate but she pulled it off and got shaveings all over it, I wiped the shaveings off and i think that stressed her out. The next mouse was fed in shoe box but i am sure that she was stressed. So i am back to news papaer its just so much better to work with.

man i find with loose substrate its easier to just lay newspaper down over the substrate and feed like that. good luck.

Regurge for sure & the reason it is still looking like a mouse is because it was obviously the second one if the frist looked all disolved like. Could be because of stress or temps as mentioned or ingestion of substrate or quite possibly too large of a meal was given or a second meal that followed the first too closely time wise. If you haven't already don't feed it for at least 2 weeks as it needs time to build up stomach fluids etc. again & then go with a small meal. If you feed it too soon after a regurge it will do it again & again until it eventually dies. Make sure it has lots of fresh water available & monitor it to make sure it is not becoming weak or lethargic. Good Luck & feel free to call for advice, Mark (403)252-2597

Thanks Mark but ya i waited about 10 days and then gave her one mouse everything went down fine and came out fine so after about another 8 days i gave her 2 and she has been good since she had a nice shed the other day and has been her acctive self. But thanks everyone for the help.
