How big of an enclosure do i need for Rhacodactylus leachianus
because i have a 90 gallon tall enclosure, would this be big enough?

That should be okay. My female is in a 75 gallon enclosure, but she's a Pine Island, the smaller leachie. I would think 90 Tall would be okay for a Grande Terre.
90 gal would be ok. A good thing to keep in mind with leachies is useable surface area, not necessisarily the actual size of the enclosure. They can be a little shy or agressive if they don't have adequate hiding/sleeping spots so covering a few of the glass walls with cork or a simmilar backround would work well with an aquarium. My adults both have their own 4'x2'x2', this size seems to work well for me.
