Eggs can be incubated from 70-80 degrees F,Babies hatch between 65-80 days.

Instead of puking up something from an internet caresheet...
In my expericence, your incubation time seems fine...
I usually get 60 days @ 79 degrees...it varies, as if you're not using an incubator the temps can rise and drop relatively.

I incubate mine around 65-71F, and they take 90 days or so. :)

My temps have been fluctuating between 72-78F, and the incubation times have fallen somewhere between 55 and 63 days.
I'm just throwing a theory out here, but you may be experiencing a difference in hatch time based on the condition of the female that is laying the eggs. If the female had already laid quite a few eggs this season maybe she doesn't have as much in reserve to pass onto the eggs, so the eggs have less yolk for the embryo. If the embryo is fully developed by day 54 and there is no longer a food source this may signal that it is time to hatch. I have nothing to back this up though, just taking an edumicated guess. :)
