We all made it just fine. I wish I could say that everyone in Charley's path did so well. Anyway, I lost my computer to a hard drive failure and so lost all my data as well. I now have a new comp. and will be up and running as soon as I can figure it all out.
My gray bands and others have hatched and shed, so you KNOW you can expect some pics.
Hopefully I can load my pic stuff without a technician!
see ya soon.

Glad to hear everyone is fine - have seen a few posts about a couple collections and facilities suffering damage, but apparently no where near as bad as it could have been.
Will be great to see some pics of the new hatchlings and whatever you brought back from Daytona - can't believe the number of people with new snakes named 'Charley'!

Thanks Mary. I didn't buy a single snake this year! A friend did bring me a female eastern king and I did buy Brian Hubbs' new book "Mountain Kings" though. Pics to follow soon.

Damn good to have you back man! Gonna have to pick out Hubb's book myself someday. Seems that it was a hit at the expo.
I'd like to pick it up soon too. I have an E-mail someone sent me with the address saved on it, so I can E-mail it to my wife a little BEFORE Xmas! ;) Glad you made it through OK Mark! I guess that means you didn't find my Knoblochi? LOL :D

Ace, I didn't see any knobs that I would have said were spectacular. I didn't do a lot of looking though however. My friend who always produces one really nice one, had only "normal" looking ones this year. I have become too picky it seems.

Well, that's what I'm looking for! ;) LOL
It's OK, if all else fails I can wait till you get yours breeding next year. Just work on getting yourself straightened out with the storm going through. ;)

We were very lucky here in Tampa for sure. The thing is.. we evacuated to Daytona! Right in the path of the storm. Oh well, like I said, we are fine and I had a house and collection of herps to return to.
