private message box is full

i keep getting messages indicating i have reached my quota yet it's empty...i have lokked all over trying to see if there is something i am missing but do not see anything...any help is gladly received...thanks.

Have you checked the sent messages too? Also, there's a flip down menu to check message 'from the beginning'. You might have some really old messages that aren't being displayed if you're only setting it to display recent ones.
