unknown species of morelia spilota

can somebody pls pls pls id the species of this specimen pls. i bought a couple of them from a trader in Kuala Lumpur. He claimed that they are JCP. after checking the specimens out, i was not convinced and confronted him about the matter. later that day, we had a very confusing time trying to determine whether they are IJCP or JCP or a mix of both or more. so guys we in dire need of help. is this IJCP or JCP or both?

i thought so. but here's the real question. in that clutch 50% look like the specimen in the pix but another 50% look like the JCP babies with black bg and pale cream white patterns. my theory is that they are mutt. but i maybe wrong. i guess we will never find out the answer unless pix of parents were made available huh?!?

i don't know who the breeder is. the trader would not disclose the info. but i think he got them from a wholesale trader from Indonesia. know any wholesale trader from Indonesia Jeff? but i am not sure about that. he's still selling the babies for $100 and claimed to everyone interested that they are Jungle Carpet Python. tough luck to his customers....including me. knowing how unpure their blood is....i still love them though.

Yeah that sucks but some times if the price is too good ya gotta think something is up. It's still a pretty carpet best of luck :)

Whole sale trader in Indo? Most likely that they are PURE WC Irians then!! Makes them pure, but WC. Sort of a Catch 22.

I said it on the KS forum and I'll say it here...not only do they look 100% pure (Irian Jaya), I don't see a trader in Kuala Lampur having JCP x IJCP crosses.
