I am going to turn a medium sized Rubbermaid into a lay box. It used to be their water bowl but I'm going to give them something else.
If I use a mix of eco-earth (by zoomed) and sand would that keep it moist enough with a spray every other day or so? What should I use more of, like 1/4 sand 3/4 eco earth is what I was thinking.
Just one more question about how to tell if the beardy is pregnant. She has been with a male for probably a very long time (only got them about a month ago but were together with previous owner) is it likely she is going to lay soon? She is looking a bit fat, but their stomachs aren’t clear (I’m used to leopard geckos) so I can’t really tell. I’ll take a picture and maybe you guys can tell me. What should I look for that gives it away, if anything?
Thanks in advance!
