I've heard it's alright as the cysts are usually benign, but I've always erred on the cautious side. It's a personal call. I freeze and toss 'em. Also, by definition alone, how can your rat be a breeder rat if she can't breed?

It's just a fatty deposit, feed away.
Cheers,

we got her as a breeder but she has never gave birth, shes infertile but when the other females give birth to their babies she takes right over and becomes the mother. she looks and takes care of all the other babies if the mothers dont do a good job at takin care of em. shes a stepmother i guess you can say lol.

So she's a wet nurse. Don't know about you, but I can't afford not to have breeding females in my colonies. I guess she serves a purpose though...
