Ok, I am curious about something. Someone a long while back told me that they kept their large boa in a rubbermaid and had no problems with it.
Now I haven't kept in touch with this person, so I have no idea if anythin has changed.
So my questions is this: can a 5.5' female boa (2 years old, not sure of weight) be kept in a rubber maid, and if so what would the appropriate size be?

I am not interested in putting a boa in a rubbermaid, but I thought I should ask the question since I seem to get a lot of people asking me about things like that.

Thanks in advance!

PS Hubby just told me that he has bought a female boa (description above) for my birthday (in October), I get her end of September :D She also comes with a custom enclosure about 8' L x 4' W x 2' D, is that any good?

I am keeping my baby red tail in the largest rubbermaid I could find. They have the flat ones that roll under your bed but I do not think those will even work. I don't believe they make one large enough for a full grown boa though. I have always been told that a grown boas enclosure should be about 5x2x18inches.

Thanks for the reply, I am deffinately greatful for the awesome enclosure that I am picking up today. It's so huge, will take about 4 people to move it, so it's going into the place that we are moving to in about 2 weeks.
