I just picked up these 2 unsexed animals that blew me away when I took them out of the containers. You don't find many that look like this.

This animal is over 18 inches and has yet to finish it's ontogenic color change. Thanks Richard Welter

Both of these animals came out of Suriname from an exporter up here. The red one is about two years old and is starting it's color change. The green one would have to be around three-four years old based on size. Both have great muscle tone and are showing signs of feeding. In around two weeks I will give them there first meals. They are both unsexed, but after seeing what they look like I could not pass this up. Thanks Richard Welter

Hey Richard

Glad you like the new Emeralds.
I have always brought in the best Emeralds around.

Maybe some other keepers should checkout some of the other reptiles I import as well as the ones I breed myself.

After taking about a year off away from the business its good to be back.

These two animals are doing very well. I expect nothing but great things for this pair.

I will have them sexed before the Red Deer show. They both might make a trip up there. Also depending on the sexes of these two animals I might be letting one go. I will keep everyone posted. Thanks Richard Welter

Yeah you beat me to them being they came from Todd. I had my eyes on the larger green one more and was hoping Todd would sex it. But seeing you got them I guess no sexing was done. Both are nice but the green had my interest and was hoping to hear it was a female but no response and now they are yours so good luck. Roughly estimating size and possible age I knew they could be sexed but weren' t.

Oh well my lose your gain, goodluck.

I look at it this way Tony, Todd did not feel happy with sexing them and I told him I wanted them sexed also. I took a chance on getting them, wishing both were females. But if they both wind up males then that good also. I also look at it this way having a collection of killer unsexed animals is better then have o.k. looking animals that are sexed. I think the big thing about Todds ad was he never posted pics of the animals and he wanted a very low price on them. I say good for Todd, and thank him for seeking out some of the best of the best for guys like us.

RICHARD:

Cool Cool I actually got photos from Todd, both were great but the green had my main interest. Price was OK and Todd is a good duy in my books. But me getting more males in my collection is not needed unless they are top line stuff or something I myself do not have in color or patterns. With a 4.7 ratio now I feel my male collection is at itys max till I see something above and beyond my 4 males. More females is always an asset to me.

No insult to you or Todd, just saying good luck with them, and I too found them interesting but sexing was important to me. Price was nice but I got certain boa projects installed and getting certain sexes means everything. Todd supplied me with photos within 2 days of the ad and in seeing the green one I knew it could be sexed. And that was my request as yours as you mentioned. But lmy lose your gain, all is good. Daytona will have more my new focus is the basins.

:)
