childrens pythons?

super easy. if you can take care of a cornsnake you can take care of a children's python. breeding is also easy.

i have seen some individuals that have a more yellow wash to them, and others that look kind of green/khaki colored. the pattern fades to a varying degree, some more so than others. when picking hatchling, just look at the parents so that u'll have a sense of what they will most likely look like in terms of fading.

childrens and spotteds are very nearly the same thing. Only recently have they been sub divided by taxonomists.
Here's some mixed pics of both.
Childrens tend to lose their spots and become more uniform in color while spotteds keep their higher contrast. This is a very diverse group of pythons with a huge geographic range. There are several bloodlines in captivity and they all vary slightly. There are semi striped and unicolor and speckled"granite" phase spotteds.
Not so much variety in "childreni"
