In the dirt I dug up their was alot of rocks i picked some out but should i continue picking them out i dont want him to eat them which i doubt he will but i just want to be 100% sure.

Monitors aren't stupid. Even my gecko nudges prey when it isn't moving to make sure it is alive. Don't worry about it.:)
