Normal and Okeetee

Can someone tell me what the difference is between a Normal corn and an Okeetee?

okeetee is a specific locality. some of the most beautiful normals come from there, with very bright colors and thick black rings. many attractive snakes are sold falsely as okeetees, but only animals that are actually pure locality are true okeetees.
