Way too low. Blood pythons need to be in constant contact with moisture, OR have 80% + humidity. I know the care sheets say 60%, but I found when I kept my blood at this humidity, she was constantly in her water dish. In the wild, you'll find them in mud holes, marshlands, and buried beneath leaf litter where it's always moist. I HIGHLY recommend putting your blood on moist sphagnum moss.

You still have to bring your humidity up a little 10%... perhaps you might spray her once or twice a day? You could also use moss... I've dealt with a few bloods before and none of them would eat if they didnt have the right humidity... Anyways, if the snakes eats and is kept as such a low humitidy, its a good thing but it might still develop some respiratory problems, skin problems ( for sure!! ) and general dehydration...
