For the record:

rat in pic: 179grams
snake in pic: 500g as of 7.23.04

rat looks possibly too big...till you look at the end....hardly made a noticable bulge :o

Awesome pictures!! I love feeding time. :p And you were right about the size of the rat. I thought it looked huge until the end when, as you said, it hardly left a bulge!

yep, the rat was heavier than normal ( she usually gets 120-130gr ) but it was a long rat...... Generally, I try to go by the 1.5 x the widest girth of the snake.
