rehouse them is probably the best way to do it. Make sure your enclosure isnt damp so it wont attract any bugs to it.

agb millipedes from what i've heard are supposed to have their own kind of mites. don't use any mite killers on them, it'll kill the millipede. they're millipede specific mites that they thrive with and shouldn't affect the other inverts. so just leave them be, its fine.

thank you very much for all the answers! i will keep an eye open to make sure they dont over populate on the millipede! they are funny to watch anyway, they seems so busy! lol
you guys noticed the pede lift the leg where the mite is when it passes by? looks like the pede dont like it or find it annoying...just a personnal observation, there must be a reason why the pede is doing that.

for my pedes if there are too many mites and if they start to hurt mine will eat the mites (or just chew em)buti also haft to do the flour thing or the peto jelly thing (flour: put flour in a bag with the pede and shake)(jelly:put petolium jelly everywhere but the breathing holes on the sides or if you see lots of mites get a toothpick and put jelly on the end and just lightly hit the mite and it will stick to the toothpick do this until the right amount of mites are on the pede
