Hey

I was down in mississagua and i saw this pet shop, i went in and spotted this amazing cage. It is made of aluminum screening and in perfect condition. The bottom is made of glass, and has the most unual door ever. The guy said that it was imported from the states and was custom made for this guy that sold it to him. He used it for a leopard gecko and theres a hole in the screen but that could be fixed. The frames are made of steel. Also you can take the lid off. It costed $400.00 for the first owner and lets just say i got it for a very good price lol. Im planing on using it for baby panthers when they start fighting ill be moving them

The general enclosure

Here it shows, the knob, to opening the door

This shows you, the knob is being pushed and you can see sort of the hook, hard to explain

This picture shows you how the hook of the knob, keeps the soor closed

Meow, that is a very interesting looking enclosure. Do post pics when you have your panthers in them.

As nice as it is (and it is very nice) I don't know if I would personally find it functional. Seems confusing - lol.

That looks very similar to the ones that we have at the shows.. Same design anyway.. Not sure about the handle, but that handle isn't much different then the ones on the screen lids for aquariums from what i can see.. Nice pick up anyway..

very nice but im just a little concerned about your cham getting his toes caught in that aluminum screen. Might actaully rip the toes nails right out.
I dont know just seem iffy to me. I also hope that steel is stainless, after having 80 to 100 % constant humidity in there for a while might cause some rusting. In my opinion I would not really feel confortable using that cage for my chameleons.

But good lick anyways

ya its stainless no worrys. I have very little problems with the nail thing going, but all my enclosures i use screen and they dont usually climb on them, just as long as i have lots of sticks and stuff

Hey guys

Sorry to bring this post again, but i have a question for those who has the caging as me. The screen is aluminum and i want this to be a display type thing. My question is how do i stick plants up, without damaging or hot gluing the screen? I thought about threads but it would be to thin. Thought about wire zippers but they were damaging the screen. So i need some suggestions.

Another problem is that i want to fill it will soil so i can plant, plants lol Last but not least i want to hang pothos how would i do that, or is that immpossible without damagin the cage
