thats horrible, not only owning a dangerous animal that he shouldnt, but using it as a weapon!!! disgraceful!

This has been done several times before, usually with snakes. Unfortunately, snakes make "great" weapons as they are very easily disposed of... just let them go in a field somewhere or a park. :(
