I use a combo, assuming you are not just talking bout snakes.

Snakes: rubbermaid, and glass

Iguana: custom enclosure made from a closet

Bearded dragons: custom glass, rubbermaid, and glass aquariums.

Gecko's: Glass and rubbermaid.

All but one of my herps are housed in either rubbermaids or custom enclosures.

A small breeder - corns and milksnakes. We house most adults in aquariums or custom made cages (for the floor space and we like the display aspect), youngsters in rubbermaids in a rack system.
