My female leo Has been Living in a 26 gal for 2 months, she used to live in a 10 gal,Now im probably getting A CRESTED GECKO and *MAY* Put it in The 26 gal and Put My Leo Back In her 10 gal...Will this affect Her In Anyway(i might not cause according to people crested can live in a 10 gallon+im getting it as a hatchling-juvie,but the leo only uses the ground the crested uses the walls so maybe when the crested is older i may switch it to the 26 gal)???

Meh,Im A "Problomatic Student" If We didnt have the exams(which are almost the only things i do cept gym and art) id fail every year...But Back to The point theres A New May-Be-Problem, has anyone ever heard of the exo-terra rock caves thatyou put in the tank and press against the window of the tank and then have a megnet on the opposite side this allows "Easy Viewing Without Disturbing" and such, ill get a pic:
THIS IS MINE THE SMALL VERSION,1st one:
http://exo-terra.com/products/images/reptile_den_2.jpg
Now see the lil part ontop???My leo used to love that spot, she could curl up right in there, but not now...Shes longer head to tail now(if she was perfectly stretched out) then the den itself,Now When She goes...sry tries to go up there she cant she gets halfway up there...her head and arms are up on the ledge but her hind legs are on the floor and her big fat belly hangs in the air...now everytime i see her like this i help her get out of this position...So i really dont know if shes stuck or not. What should i do???Its her fave Hide shes in there always...What Im Thinking is about purchasing the Second one in the middle
She Would Be Able Right now to Fit on the Second level Of That,But She May Out Grow It So should I just Skip ahead and buy Third One the largest

I wouldn't. How would you like having to go from a 3 stor,y 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom house into a one floor, one bedroom, one bathroom?? It's kinda like that. Besides a crested gecko will be fine in a 10g. You can always buy a 15 or a 20g tank when you have the spare cash handy.

No a crested gecko is not fine in a 10 mabey when its a baby but I mean would you put a baby into a 5g tank for a couple of months until it was big enought to go to a ten no mabey a shoe box for breeders like myself.

Well since Ill be getting the crested at 3-5 weeks old i might let it live in the ten gallon and buy another one later,it just seems like a waste cause the leo only uses the ground,it looks bare even with 4 hides in it(tank),And my leo doesnt really need all the extra space,All she does is eat and stay in the hide,The crested Needs More Space Cause is aboreal...Well ill look into prices of tanks(aboreal) before i do anything...

I also took Out Her fave hide,Cause she was getting stuck in It too Much(its the first one in the pics above)I washed it very(whole bunch of soaps,i washed it 3 times, then gave it to him this morning) well and gave it to my cousin for his corn snake,I plan on getting the medium sieze for her soon :D

Reason i *MAY* move the leo to a ten gallon:Itll be easier To see Her hunt..I cant in the Big tank Cause i Have sand substrate,So I only let her eat from a Ashtray(mealies) so i never seen her hunt anymore(im not gonna take the risk of letting her hunt on sand!)And in a ten gallon itll be easier to put down paper towels...And It wont look so bare.

Okay I'm guessing you have only been keeping reptiles for a few months(I say that because you only have one gecko....not to be rude or anything).

I first got an anole a long time ago, but instead of buying another anole, I got a different species of reptile, and I did that for like 15 more times in a row,I just kept getting a different species each time. Then almost a year ago I decided I would try to breed reptiles, and I got another AFT, then wanted the opposite sex for all of my other reptiles, but then my dad said i could only get a few more, so I got screwed!I couldn't breed now, but luckly I already got mates for my tokay gecko, skunk gecko, ball python, corn snake, gray tree frog and have 2 male AFTs and 2 female Leos.

Anyways I think you should get a male leopard gecko instead of a crested or get your crested and then get mate for it and a mate for your leopard later on.Just a few words of advice.

P.S - I don't think it would be a problem if you moved your crested and leo around for now.

Yeah im only gonna be allowed to get 1 crested then im probably finished, and breeding would be bad,im only 14 and my parents hate reptiles, after i buy 1crested i may not get any more for awhile...i can probably ask for another leo in december for my b-day but thats all, also where i live every reptile is about 100$+,cages are around 25$ for a ten gallon, and 200$ for like a 30 gallon.
