This alone took me about 3 hours including planning which was done on paper :) So far i think its really turning out just fantastic and much better then it looked on paper. Thanks so much for looking and sign my guest book if you have time :)
Cheers.
None of the pictures or headers on your site are working for me.. Red X's on a white background dude..

Works for me as well, Nice site, Nice and clean and easy to navigate. Only suggestion I would make is to get off Geocities, the banners are anoying and web hosting doesn't cost that much, and you can also get your own .com address which makes it much easier for people to remeber the address.

ugh im having a lot of problems with geocities host, if you live in canada dont bother, i was talking to a lady that works there to help me out they say you need a credit card that works nation wide, or you have to live in the states. Very frustrating, also if to many people are checking you link it will stop working for other people.

I would also recommend hiring an editor. There are a ton of spelling and grammar mistakes on that site, and this can lead to you not being taken seriously. Same goes with hosting on geoshitties. Other than that, it does look good.

Looks good but I agree with Invictus, get some one to look over it for spelling and grammer.

I know, right now im just using this because I dont have very much experience with webhosting or web designing but the program they offer is just click and shoot...not html to bother with. I really want to learn or find a course that will teach me dreamweaver, flash, html and all those to help me make my site better.
As for grammer and all that my word wasnt working lol so I need to fix up a ton of stuff like i said. This was just a preview of the layout and to see how it would go.
Thanks everyone for the suggestions and it will be taken as good criticism :D
cheers.

Hey..I need some help :)
If i build my page completely through frontpage (is it good?) then take the html it makes up and what would i do with it to make a site. Could i tell someone i want to host with them and send them all the script?
Also, how would the pictures work. Would i need to send them all the pictures or something?
I need a quick explanation of how some of you guys go through building a site. Do you use html, do you use a prog like frontpage or something im completely unaware of?
ANY help will be very helpful :p
Thanks

I've been coding in HTML for about 9 years now. I'm completely fluent with it, but I do like the conveneince of Dreamweaver MX. I do about 50% by hand because DW doesn't always do what you want it to. Front page is the worst website design program in the history of the WWW. I don't recommend it, unless you only want your pages to work in IE.

I had a trial version of Dreamweaver a while ago, and loved it.
I've recently given my site a facelift, and I had used Frontpage. I found it very frustrating to do some of the simpiler stuff. So i had to do some coding by hand. :(

Yea someone very recently, right after the post, sent me an article to introduce me into how the hosting and everything works..my intro into the webdesign area..and in the article it explained how all frontpage is, is a way to get people to only use microsoft products and will further help bill take over everything! :)
I have dreamweaver so im going to use that. For my first couple pages im going to use plain ol' html so that i can get the hang of things...im also going to pick up webdesign for dummies, which offers dreamweaver, flash, html, xhtml, etc. So i think after that read ill be on my way :) I guess ill have to make my site for now a so so one, and later begin really getting into it and editing everything.
I have 2 months free from school so I shoudl pick it up very quickly :D Ill keep you all updated if the newer page opens up. I will also be getting a paid site soon so the bandwidth lasts more then 2 seconds...

its made by macromedia and usually comes with flash correct? I got it from my sisters bf and it came with both and their really amazing. I still havnt even started to play around with flash, but the dreamweaver is starting to come easy. I just need to get a book to get some things straightened out :)

dreamweaver is a program that makes creating websites more user friendly.
you can get a 30-day free trial from macromedia's site
http://www.macromedia.com/software/dreamweaver/
it's pretty expensive though. :(
