Wow, very nice. Good size on him too. I've only ever seem young ones. Anything cooking with them this year (I'm assuming you're breeding them)?

I did brumate them, but I suspect that this pair is still too young yet. In my previous experience with this specie, I found that they took a year longer to attain sexual maturity than say, corns.
I will continue introducing them for a few weeks though, as this specie is also a notoriously late breeder - with my previous clutches of Trans-Pecos eggs usually hatching in late September through October.
