Hey everyone,
I have 9 snakes I want to sell and ship out, but before I advertise them, I wanted to know, how do I pack them for summer shipping? Do I need to put some sort of cool pack in with them? If so, what type?

I've never shipped before, I've recieved stuff numerous times but they were always during the cold months where heat packs were in use. I know how to pack the snakes up in a styrofoam lined box, and make sure the snakes can't be bumped around too much, but I'm not sure how I should go about this summer shipping.

Any help and advice greatly appreciated. :)
Thanks :)

I think you should trial and error this, NOT WITH A LIVE ANIMAL! Pack it as though the animal is in there, and set it out for a few hours and check temps. OR you could go the extra measure and ship it to yourself, OR you could ask a reputable breeder.

Id go with the breeder route, the first two suggestions where from the creative mad scientist wondering the depths of my mind.............................................. ......?

Thanks for your response snakehunter. However, the reason I posted here is in the hopes that a reputable breeder would respond so all the snakes arrive alive. I don't have time to drive two hours just to have the snakes shipped another two hours from me, shipping snakes in Canada is not cheap like in the US, and they can't be shipped door to door, so obviously I'm not going to ship them to myself at another airport and waste money and time. :)
