Female just laid eggs today, I thought it was about a week earlier than I expected, few questions, How long can the eggs stay at room temp? and if I turned one of the eggs even a little bit would it kill the embryo? need an answer quick if possible

Turning them within the day or so shouldn't them at all.

Turning them within the first day or so shouldn't hurt them at all.

The first few hours or even first day after laying the eggs are pretty near indestructible short of drying out or popping the shell. They have to be hardy at first to withstand the rigors of egg laying, rolling in the dirt while the mom works on covering them up (and they do kick the eggs around a lot during the covering process). Chances are if they eggs were at room temperature most of the day, they're still good. I wouldn't push it too much by keeping them that cool much longer, but a day isn't all that bad. In the wild, they'd have to wait for the sun to warm up the soil they're in, so your situation is somewhat similar.
