Does anyone know what a good weight for adult female frilled dragon is? I don't know how old mine is, probubly about a year and a half to two years. Since I've had her she's almost doubled in size. The store I bought her from guessed her age and she looked almost dead when I got her, she wouldn't eat on her own so I had to force feed her crickets, waxworms, and butterworms. She's perfectly healthy now, and I know female frilleds are supposed to be much smaller than males, but I want to know what the proper weight is for a breeding female (not length or age, I already know that), because I may breed her next spring.
Thanks,
Emilsmee
I wouldn't say females are much smaller than males.....my breeder female is bigger than my male...She is about 2-2.5 feet long and has a little belly on her. I will post some pics and try to get a picture of them side by side for you
female is on top

thanks! awesome pics!
do u know the weight of her?
ok i just measured them and...
my male is 24"
my female is 20"
my new young ones are 16 1/2" and 14"
(tip of nose to tip of tail)
as for nose to vent:
male: 8"
female: 7"
babies: 5 1/2" and 4 1/2"
My male is A LOT wider and more muscular looking than my female. When do you think I'll be able to breed them? (not the new babies)
